Nash Kahn joined Northland Group in April 2024 as Compliance Manager, leading the compliance function, where he oversees regulatory adherence, risk mitigation, and strategic compliance initiatives. With a strong background in Anti-Money Laundering (AML) and Counter Financing of Terrorism (CFT), he brings extensive experience across retail, private, and investment banking, as well as trust compliance.

Nash holds a Specialist Diploma in Psychology and is an IHRP Certified Professional in Human Resources. He is currently pursuing the ACAMS (Certified Anti-Money Laundering Specialist) certification and a Graduate Diploma in Organizational Psychology
