Employee Share Plans

Employee share plans use the shares, or a specific sub class of shares, in the company as the benefit that the individual will receive upon attaining the tailored distribution requirements. Those thresholds can be as simple as a prescribed period of continued employment following the award or as specific as requiring an exit event for the business (sale or public listing) before the individual benefits.
