Joshua joined Northland in 2023 and has quickly established himself as a key member of the Distribution team. With a strong focus on relationship management and business development, he plays an active role in driving engagement across Northland’s client and adviser network.

Currently studying business, Joshua combines commercial awareness with a disciplined, proactive approach to his work. He is committed to continuous improvement and delivering consistent, high-quality support across the group.

As Manager – Distribution, Joshua works closely with Nicholas Boyd, Executive Director, helping to strengthen client and feeder relationships, coordinate distribution strategy, and support the ongoing growth of the Northland Group.
