Rebecca joined Northland Group in 2017 and serves as Head of Operations, leading the firm’s operational, administrative, and distribution functions.
With over 12 years experience in financial services, Rebecca plays a central role in driving operational strategy, governance standards, and business efficiency across the organisation. She works closely with clients, trustees, the Board, and the broader executive team to ensure seamless execution, regulatory integrity, and a high standard of service delivery.
Rebecca holds a Diploma of Financial Planning, a Bachelor’s degree, and qualifications in Human Resources. She brings a disciplined, solutions-focused approach and a deep institutional knowledge of Northland’s platform to support the firm’s continued growth and evolution.
